The library shall open from 9.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. on all working days. Not more than two volumes may stand as borrowed by a student at any time. They Books should not be retained for more than 7 days. A fine of Rs. 1/- per book per day will be levied in the case of books not returned on the due date. Books of the reference section cannot be borrowed; such books can be consulted in the library. If a book is damaged or lost by a student, he/she will have to replace it and pay double the cost of the book. Staff and students are not allowed to sublend the books of the library.
Strict silence should be observed in and around the library.
